ACCESSORIES
Compressed air is an energy carrier and you want to use this energy in the right place. It is therefore important that you do not lose that energy during transport to pressure loss and leakage. Therefore, use large pipes and openings in your components, keep distances as short as possible and avoid (sharp) bends to prevent pressure losses. Prevent leaks and remove dirt, oil and condensation from your compressed air.

Fittings
QTIS recommends brake fittings with O-ring seals and a long, stable tubing holder that inextricably connects the PA12 brake line for reliable, fast and safe installation.

Compressed air transport pipes
QTIS structurally uses automotive-grade PA12-PHLY pipes from European raw material suppliers and manufacturers, in order to guarantee the required quality standards of ISO7628, DIN73378 and DIN74324. We recommend using the 16×2 mm pipe throughout the system, and not smaller diameters.

Filters and condensation separators
Filters keep the compressed air clean, just like you use filters for the hydraulic oil. The filters are important to protect the compressor, the booster pump and the various valves. The desired filter fineness is 50 μm (microns). A cyclone filter ensures that condensate from the compressed air is blown against the wall of the filter housing and collected at the bottom of the filter housing for drainage with a float.
